The Times journalist Lucia Van der Post called him “London’s best Interior Designer”, Christopher Prain, of Christopher-Chanond Interior Design, lives in a whimsical and luxury world! Here’s a roundup of some of our favourite projects and details:
One of his most theatrical projects, the Royal Nursery is based on the novel “Around the world in 80 days” and we can certainly see that! Packed full of playful details fit for a Prince, it is a magical place that would make any mind wander!
Pictured above is the boho-chic house of Lucia van der Post (we guess she was that impressed with him!). We find it hard to get over how gorgeous this cabinet is and the mix of styles in the drawing room is the work of a genius!
Though the overall look of Christopher's projects is always spot on, the details are where he shines! Especially good with the textures and how to mix them, it makes us want to take a much closer look at all his projects!
